According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Carrying out the "National Safety Production Month" Activities", in June this year, the company actively carried out the Safety Production Month activities with the theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency". The company has studied and formulated a feasible activity plan, carefully organized, comprehensively deployed, and conscientiously implemented it, focusing on learning national safety production laws and regulations, safety production knowledge, and the company's safety production management system, etc., to enhance the safety awareness and accident prevention capabilities of all employees. Carry out various forms and rich content of safety production month activities, increase the intensity of hidden danger investigation, further strengthen the awareness of all employees on the importance of safety work, improve the company's safety production management level, further implement the company's safety production responsibilities at all levels, and achieve remarkable results to ensure safety production, mainly including the following aspects:

01. Strengthen leadership and management

The company organized the heads of various departments to hold a mobilization and deployment meeting for this "Safety Production Month" activity, and established a "Safety Production Month" activity leadership group with the general manager as the team leader, the deputy general manager in charge of safety as the deputy team leader, and the heads of various departments as members to carry out this safety production month activity. At the meeting, Tan Rongguang, the company's deputy general manager in charge of safety, emphasized that through this activity, all employees will firmly establish the concept of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", further strengthen the red line awareness, adhere to the safety bottom line, implement safety responsibilities, popularize safety knowledge, and improve safety skills, thereby comprehensively improving the company's safety production management level. The meeting required the activity leadership group to effectively supervise the progress of the activity.

02. Widespread publicity and emphasis on effectiveness

During the event, safety publicity activities were carried out using slogans, brochures, safety knowledge competitions, LED screens, multi-functional halls, etc., vigorously promoting safety production principles, policies, legal and regulatory knowledge, safety production occupational health and other common sense. Through publicity, the majority of employees fully realized the importance of safety production, increased their enthusiasm for consciously participating in activities, and created a good atmosphere for the "Safety Production Month" activities.

03. Actively carry out safety knowledge education and training

Since the beginning of this year, the company's leaders have attached great importance to production safety work and required the production safety department to carefully organize and conduct special safety education for "Production Safety Month" in batches for department heads, part-time safety officers of various departments and all employees. All employees concentrated on studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on production safety for 2 hours and watched accident warning education videos. The training content includes laws and regulations, production safety responsibility lists, and safe operating procedures. A total of 9 training sessions were held, with 330 participants. Through education and training, employees are required to understand their safety responsibilities in their daily work and to do four no-harms, so that the majority of employees have a deeper understanding of production safety and a clearer understanding of the importance of production safety. Promoting the safety of the majority of employees starts with me, eliminating safety hazards from the root, and preventing safety accidents.

04. Organize drills to improve emergency rescue capabilities

According to the activity plan and annual exercise plan, the Safety Production Department organized all the staff of the assembly workshop to conduct emergency rescue drills for lifting machinery injuries. Through on-site observation and actual exercises, the participating employees clearly understood the emergency rescue procedures in the vivid exercises, mastered the emergency response principles for accidents on site, enhanced the knowledge of emergency first aid, trained the rapid response mechanism of the emergency team, and further improved the comprehensive emergency rescue level of the emergency rescue team, which was of great help in responding to emergencies in the future.

05. Carry out safety hazard investigation and control actions

According to the requirements of the Taishan Group's safety inspection documents, we actively cooperated with the group company to carry out safety production diagnosis inspection activities. Through the inspection, a total of 11 hidden dangers were found. As of now, a total of 11 rectifications have been completed. In addition, the company's internal organization conducted an investigation of hidden dangers around it, requiring each department and workshop team to conduct safety inspection activities seriously, focusing on comprehensive inspections of fire protection facilities, safety passages, temporary electricity, office areas, factory building facilities, etc. Through this safety self-inspection and self-correction activity, a summary and evaluation were conducted based on the inspection results, and one safety and civilization team and three safety individual outstanding contribution awards were announced and commended, and rewards were given respectively, with a total reward amount of 1,500 yuan.

06. Ensure the company's high-quality development with high-level security

Finally, through the "Safety Production Month" series of activities, the enthusiasm of all employees for safe production has been fully mobilized, the safety awareness of employees at all levels has been enhanced, and a solid foundation has been laid for better safety management in the future. The company will take this "Safety Production Month" activity as an opportunity to ensure that this year's safety goals can be successfully achieved. Safety is no small matter.
